Where Do You Get Your Protein?

Hey vegans, next time someone asks you, “Where do you get your protein?” just email them this video.

It answers the question by showing people what kinds of foods are excellent sources of protein.

Some examples of great vegan protein sources:

  • rice
  • nuts
  • quinoa
  • seeds
  • beans

But remember, there’s protein in virtually all foods. If you eat a wide variety of vegan foods you’re likely to get enough protein.

(Raw foodies, just remember that there are a few vegan foods that you can’t eat raw – potatoes, kidney beans. You can get plenty of protein without these, though!)
