Vegans: Lower Cholesterol, Lower Blood Pressure, Lower BMI
Studies done of vegans versus nonvegans show:
* Vegans have lower total cholesterol, lower LDL cholesterol, and lower triglycerides than lacto-ovo vegetarians and meat-eaters.
* Vegans have lower rates of high blood pressure than lacto-ovo vegetarians and meat-eaters.
* Vegans have a lower BMI and body fat percentage than lacto-ovo vegetarians and meat-eaters.

Hi, So lets talk about human diet and Vegans.
First I am a Vegan because I have a logical brain NOT an emotional attachment to my fellow animal friends.
Lets take a Cow or the Elephant or the Rhino, all are powerful and healthy animals in their natural world.
When last did you see one of these animals drinking milk or eating other animal products to survive and be healthy once they have past the baby stage?
Well I will tell you….NEVER!
So why should humans be eating other animals and drinking Cows milk products to be healthy? This is simply nonsense and probably calculated by the Milk Board or the Meat Board or whoever makes their living by selling these products OR who have no brain to do the logic. The entire internet is filled with why Human Vegans are heading towards disaster! by not consumming these products. Have you seen an Elephant taking vitamin supplements? I dont think so? So why should you?
Eat a balances diet free from animal products, listen to your instinct to guide you. Be forever wary of fools on the internet who have no idea who they or we are as a species.
