Vegan.com Announces 10 Best Vegan Recipes For 2008

Erik Marcus just posted The Top 10 Recipes of 2008 at Vegan.com. The list includes seven entrees and three desserts from ten different vegan cookbooks. Each recipe is shown with a photo and sometimes a snippet from the cookbook author. For example, take a look at “Nearly-Instant Thai Coconut Corn Soup.”
