Vegan MoFo: Vegan Food On TV

October is Vegan Month of Food. Vegan Soapbox will have something about vegan food everyday for the month of October. Today: Sharing Recipes.

Vegans tend to share our recipes with one another in conversations, emails, and in our blogs. There are tons of great vegan recipes all over the web if you just look for them. But how often do we see vegan recipes on television? VERY RARELY.

Let’s change that.

Colleen Patrick-Goudreau suggests:

“if you want to take a few extra moments, here is a form asking for your favorite holiday recipe https://www.oprah.com/plugform.jsp?plugId=421440&referer=http://www.oprah.com/index. What a wonderful opportunity to bombard them with delicious vegan recipes.”

I submitted my vegan pot pie recipe. It was a hit at last Thanksgiving dinner and it’s been a hit every time I’ve prepared it since then. Go ahead, submit your favorite vegan recipe. Who knows? Maybe we’ll get more vegan food on TV.
