Mercy for Animals’ undercover investigation of a Butterball turkey factory farm has led to what appears to be the first felony conviction of a factory farm worker for animal cruelty, specifically of birds raised for food. The worker, Brian Douglas, along with several other workers, was filmed violently kicking, bashing, throwing forcefully and dragging turkeys.
