The other day I was talking to a business owner who said they were doing most of their advertising on the radio because it was cheaper and more effective than some other forms of advertising (like billboards). She said she really liked the radio ads.

It got me thinking about trying to do some pro-veg ads in my area. And so… I looked online to see if other animal organizations had done them. Lo and behold, PETA has quite a selection!

Lots of us have seen PETA’s TV ads, but how many have heard their radio ads?

Here is the link to all their radio ads:
http://www.peta.org/mediacenter/ads/radio-ads.aspx

But these are my favorites below. Please listen for yourself:

John Feldman – Goldfinger >>

Forest Whitaker >>

What do you think? Are radio ads a good way to promote veganism/vegetarianism?
