The Obamas are gong to find lots of happiness as a family: likely winning the election, the four family members all love one another, and sharing their family’s love with a rescued animal is ever greater. How much more happiness can one family enjoy?

Dogs can be vegetarian – even vegan; so adopting a dog (rather than a cat) from a shelter will not impede their going vegan (or at least vegetarian) at some later date (presumably AFTER the election!).
