She’s right that it’s best in a non-stick skillet. We don’t use non-stick skillets in our home and we learned why she recommends them. Without a non-stick skillet, you’ll want to continually move the tofu around in the pan, like a stir-fry. Otherwise it will stick and burn.
We tried it with coconut oil instead of olive oil. It’s a very tasty meal and a great start to the day. Enjoy!
