Refuel With Chocolate Nutmilk Or Soymilk

A new website from the diary industry, refuelwithchocolatemilk.com, promotes the idea that chocolate milk is a “natural” post-exercise recovery drink.

It’s so ridiculous to claim that cow’s milk mixed with sugar and chocolate is natural that they had to put the word in quotation marks. We all know that cow’s milk isn’t “nature’s recovery drink;” cow’s milk is food for calves.

But for anyone who craves some chocolate milk after a workout, but who doesn’t want to make cows suffer, try these alternatives below. (Psst… they’re a good way to get your B12 and calcium too!)
