Raw Vegan Nori Rolls

Here’s a recipe for raw vegan nori rolls from a Raw Food Coach named Karen Knowler.

She maintains a raw food website (The Raw Food Coach) where she offers classes and coaching for people who want to improve their health by eating raw.

You’ll need:
• 2 nori sheets
• 1 large avocado
• 2 fresh tomatoes
• 1 small onion
• 10 black olives, pitted OR 6 sundried tomatoes in oil
• Handful of coriander, sunflower greens, rocket or watercress
