I am always on the lookout for easy vegan meals and snacks. I enjoy cooking and I have plenty of time so I don’t have much of an excuse, but there are times I simply don’t feel like cooking. I also know many others who don’t love cooking and don’t have a lot of time so I love it when I can offer some suggestions.

Several ideas are as close as amazon.com. S. Haynes of Washington, D.C. has created a list on Amazon of vegan foods that she categorizes as the “best healthy quick vegan foods”. Most of these have been mentioned here before but repetition is good, and the page with this list leads to additional treasures. Haynes’ list is here:

What’s especially fun about this game is that whenever you hit on one of these lists there are other related lists suggested on the same page. Thus a wealth of suggestions is there for the picking. I for one had no idea how much vegan food Amazon had to offer and I’m thinking it’s time to place an order.
