The kit includes a 3-week meal plan, a grocery list, nutrition information and more.

Here is a taste of some of the information you’ll find in Oprah’s vegan starter kit…

In the menu plan you’ll eat a wide variety of foods including smoothies, gumbo, soy yogurt, quinoa, seitan, french toast, scrambled tofu, chili, curry, and more.

In the substitutions section they offer this advice:

Instead of a chicken or beef burrito,
Try a black bean burrito with avocados, tomatoes and vegan sour cream

Instead of stir fry with chicken or beef,
Try stir fry with tofu, veggies and brown rice
