Vegan At Heart

Vegan at Heart is a free e-mail coaching program for people who are vegan at heart but not necessarily in practice. It’s for idealists and animal-lovers and treehuggers and health nuts and everybody in-between who wants to incorporate more compassionate, healthy, sustainable habits into their daily lives but who need a little more info, a little moral support, or just a little friendly kick in the pants.

Vegan Kickstart

Based on research by Neal Barnard, M.D., one of America’s leading health advocates, this program is designed for anyone who wants to explore and experience the health benefits of a vegan diet. Low-fat vegan—plant-based—diets are the easiest way to trim excess weight, prevent diabetes, cut cholesterol, lower blood pressure, prevent and reverse heart disease, and reduce cancer risk. They even trim our carbon footprint.

The kickstart include webcasts, meal planners, email tips, and more.

  1. Congratulations! Many blessings for the vegan week. I’ve been vegetarian most of my life and now vegan. I like the health benefits, but my motivation is love for all animals.

I’m hoping you are able to cover the important reasons for becoming vegan, including health benefits, respect for animals, food safety and environmental impact.

Thanks for being relevant, interesting, and inspirational.

  2. Hei, you have such a very good website. Your website has a lot of useful information to be shared. I should recommend your website to others as well. Love to view your website. It’s great !
