Nutrition: Prove You Know What You’re Talking About

Cornell University’s online university, eCornell, now offers a three-course program that can earn you a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition. The program is taught by T. Colin Campbell (by video) and expands on what he tells us in his book, The China Study.
The classes are each two weeks long and require the watching of lectures, participation in discussion boards, and individual evaluations. Course materials are available 24/7 online. The three courses are:
1. Nutrition Fundamentals
2. Diseases of Affluence
3. Principles in Practices
The program is a little pricey – $1065 for all three courses – but earns you a certificate you can wave at the nay-sayers. Not to mention a solid grounding in plant-based nutrition that you can use. The next start dates are January 6, January 20, and February 3.

Thanks for publishing the link to this certificate course.
Yes, this does sound like a great course to take… Ah, if I were richer, younger – or both!
I wonder though could this qualify for grant-studies help? Seems that someone qualified in the field of nutrition would have better job opportunities. After all, the government gives grants all the time to those studying animal ag… Just a thought.

Bea, I’d certainly be interested if one could get a grant for this.
