Are you a vitamin popper and why?
I don’t overdo it. I do have a morning wheatgrass shot and I take vitamin B. I also sometimes take zinc and magnesium and Metabole vitamin C. I take the latter less now because my diet has improved and it is necessary only as a supplement if your diet is lacking. Organic produce and no animal protein is the way to go. [...]
Do you believe in diets?
No. I believe in balanced, nutritious lifestyles. Your diet is part of your lifestyle and ideals.
Are you a carb-phobe?
Absolutely not. Although I do feel groggy after a delicious bread binge — it’s bad for me. I love good ryes and pasta. Because the vegan diet doesn’t allow eggs or milk, a lot of my favourites have fallen away. But it’s good for the animals, so there!
