He also goes to the shelters, helps with selection processes for shelter directors, offers packets (I am ordering one) of detailed info on how to get your local shelter to go no-kill, and more. So yeah, he is pushing against walls that are not yet ready to come down and that may be a wasted effort. But he is doing a LOT more than that. Well, the truth is, that isn’t all he does.
