  2. To be fair, she’s moving in the vegan direction:

    fish has been appearing less frequently in her diet (perhaps coinciding with the appearance in our sitting room of a book called Bottomfeeder: How The Fish On Our Plates Is Killing Our Planet). Instead, she has started to eat huge heaving bowls of vegan food.

    There’s lots of debate over the word “meat” and whether it means dead animal or if it means a particular kind of dead animal or even if it means something else entirely. For example, a company called “Field Roast” uses the term “meat” to describe their vegan product: http://www.fieldroast.com/
