I’m a bit confused about this vegan and vegetarian thing. I had went through a few of your recipes for vegans and found everyone that I checked out required cooking. I’m very intrested in the vegan “cooking way”, but in order to switch over my thought process I need to know about this eating food in it’s raw state over cooking.
