Hello, EV! Your intaials are also mine, in reserve, V is my first and E is my last. Kinda cool, huh? Anyway thanks for at least liking my vegan blog. If you read the one prior, you will see its origins. I myself am a french chef, culinary degree from LaVarenne in Paris & pastry arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu, also in Paris. Went to college and graduated from Cornell, Hotel & Restaurant management. I am constantly creating new dishes for my daughter. My parents too, they are ailing and now live w/ me ( 2 yrs so far), so I left my executive chefs position in manhattan to care for them. They too are a culinary challenge! My father has diabetes, CHF, COPD, high blood pressure to name a few, so he must have low to no sodium , no sugar, low carb, and low fat. My mum is a 5 time cancer patient w/ 2 teeth left and stomach & digestive issues.

So I every day I cook quite a variety! I just bought a cannon rebel, as I was taking food pics with just my iphone. If you go to my Twitter page ~ StrawberryToast, I have quite a few food pics up, many asian and vegan. And I post almost daily what i am cooking and for who.

So I hope to have pic of tom soup, a salad & veg & lasagne & dessert up by Tuesday! be patient, and hope you keep reading. I am looking to cop write my stuff, so that is my next step.

I only started writing and blogging in June, but I love it. Thanks for reading!
Victoria
