FatFree Vegan Kitchen is full of excellent vegan recipes as well as a little tidbit of other information here and there. Some recipe examples are:
- Vegan Omelette for One
- Easy Macaroni and Cheeze
- Sichuan Tofu with Garlic Sauce

- Chocolate-Orange Cake
- Stormy Black Bean Soup
Besides the great photos, one of the excellent things about FatFree Vegan Kitchen is that the recipes include nutritional information. This is helpful for anyone with special needs or anyone who just wants to pay more attention to their nutrition.
