As the BBC’s illustration simply shows, the more animals we breed and use for food and labor, the more damage we do to the environment. Cut out meat, dairy, eggs and other animal products like leather, fur, and wool and you’ll do the planet good.

    This past week, the US House overwhelmingly passed an amendment that will forbid the EPA to collect any data regarding the greenhouse gases produced by animal agribusiness.

    I’m confused. What’s the good of having safeguards and regulations concerning “pollution” and climate concerns if the number one offender is exempt???
