Why do you think he said “Go vegetarian”? Does PETA thing “Go vegan” sounds too extreme?
They might think “go vegan” sounds extreme, but I think it’s more likely they chose to say vegetarian simply because more people know what vegetarian means. Lots of people still have no clue what ‘vegan’ means, hence:
