If you’re not quite ready to go vegan now, go vegan one day a week. It’s a good start and it does help.

  1. I always suggest this to people who say that they are considering becoming Vegan. One day at a time……

  2. It’s a great idea. I’ve convinced some people to eat a vegan breakfast for a week, then a vegan lunch for a week, then a vegan dinner. Or, I try to get them to replace dairy with soy milk in their cereal and coffee, for example, for a month.
