The second Convenience Store Challenge ended March 31. To increase the suspense I have not yet announced a winner. Well, actually, I didn’t get around to it!  The time has come.

There were just two entries: Shane and Bex. See their entries in the comments to this post. Shane offered Shane’s Spicy Sweet Spaghetti and Bex described (with pix!) Creamy Cheesy Mac.

Both met the contest rules. Both are inventive and appealing.  And honestly, I couldn’t choose between them.

So they are both winners!! Congratulations Shane and Bex!!

The winners have been notified by email – I hope they check it. If not or it somehow got lost, Shane and Bex,  go to the vegan soapbox shop and choose a cookbook.  If there is a cookbook you want that is not in the store but is in fact available through Amazon, you can request it.Send your name and address and cookbook choice to judith (at) judithlautner (dot) net and your cookbook will soon be winging its way to your door!
