Gardein, makers of excellent vegan “meats,” are offering a special seasonal food: a savory stuffed turk’y.

What’s more, Chef Tal Ronnen has created a fabulous vegan Thanksgiving menu to accompany the turk’y. (Or, instead of making the main dish a stuffed turk’y, you could try the Chef’s sage and pumpkin seed encrusted gardein which uses chick’n scallopini or chick’n filets.)
