The latest issue of the VegNews newsletter features a recipe for gingerbread cookies, a recipe suitable for gingerbread houses in fact. Oh the joy! How much have I missed thee, gingerbread cookies! Even more, though, I have missed gingerbread, the soft quick bread, and those ginger drop cookies. So I went on a hunt.
