I can’t see any sane person disagreeing with this:
“Criminal laboratories within the U.S. should face the full brunt of all legal penalties,” said SAEN [Stop Animal Exploitation Now] Executive Director Michael Budkie. “Facilities that cannot follow the law should not be permitted to use federal funding.”
