Animals, Ethics, & Money

Animals, Ethics, & Money

Happy Hanukkah!

Starting today and lasting through December 21st, 2010, Erik Marcus (of vegan.com) will lead an online discussion of his book Meat Market: Animals, Ethics, & Money.

The discussion is meant to explore different approaches to advocating for vegan living and animal protection. It will focus attention on the possibilities of dismantling animal agribusiness.

Marcus’ group will feature some of the best known animal advocates. It’ll be an opportunity for beginning activists as well as long-time advocates to network and learn from others who are passionate about animal protection.

The main goal is: greater personal effectiveness at reducing animal suffering and death.
