10 Vegan Lunches

10 Vegan Lunches

By now almost everyone knows about Vegan Lunchbox.

And there are certainly plenty of vegan lunch ideas online. But it can’t hurt to add another log to the fire.

In that spirit I offer a list of possible vegan lunches (for kids AND adults):

  1. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich, an apple, trail mix, and water,
  2. An Amy’s black bean burrito, carrot sticks, and cranberry juice,
  3. Some So Delicious coconut milk yogurt, a fresh fruit salad, tea, and a Larabar,
  4. A large salad of spinach, broccoli, peas, sliced almonds, and tangerine slices and a small carton of soy milk,
  5. A Toferky deli slices sandwich with whole wheat bread, Vegenaise, sprouts, tomato, and avocado with a box of raisins and OJ,
  6. Backcountry camp foods or Dr. McDougall’s Right Foods (they only require hot water) and lemonade,
  7. A bagel with cream ‘cheese’ or hummus, a banana, sunflower seeds, and sparkling water,
  8. A thermos full of lentil soup, 2 clementines, and a small bag of pretzels,
  9. Veggie and tofu wrap, a handful or grapes, and a bottle of vitamin-infused flavored water,
  10. An almond butter and banana tortilla roll-up, a plum, a bunch of snow peas, and chocolate cookies.
